Order Processing

We prepare and fulfill orders during regular business hours:

Mon–Thu: 9am–6pm (IDT)
Fri: 9am–1pm (IDT)

Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations & Options

We currently ship to Israel, the United States, Canada, Europe, the UK and Australia.

Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

Production & Dispatch Times

Processing times vary depending on the item. Estimated dispatch timelines are:

• Prints & apparel: ~3–7 business days
• Scarves: ~5–10 business days
• Original artwork: ~3–7 business days

These are estimates — actual dates may vary. 

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and delivery estimates. 

Taxes, Duties & Customs

International orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your local authorities. You are responsible for these charges. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.
