FAQ
Do you take commissions or custom orders?
At this time, I don’t take commissions or custom requests. All artworks and products available in the shop are created as part of my ongoing studio practice and released as finished pieces or limited editions.
Are the colors exactly as shown on my screen?
Every effort is made to ensure accurate color representation. However colors can vary slightly between screens and printed pieces due to differences in display settings.
What materials are used?
Prints are produced on high-quality, museum-grade fine art paper. Scarves and wearable pieces feature original artwork and are printed and sewn with care using premium fabrics. Material details are listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary by item. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number and delivery estimates when your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
How should I frame my art?
Most prints fit standard frame sizes. I recommend simple, minimal frames that allow the artwork to breathe. Framing tips may also be found on the product pages.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because many items are made to order, returns are limited. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number, and I’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
