Thank you for supporting Lara Kaller | Equine Art & Design! We take care to make and ship your items with love, but we also want you to be confident with your purchase.
Final Sale & Returns
Because many items are custom-made (prints, scarves, apparel) or one-of-a-kind originals, all sales are final except in cases where an item is:
- Defective, or
- Incorrectly shipped
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (item was defective or incorrect), we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other cases where returns are permitted, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused and in original condition with any original packaging.
Delivery & Customs Issues
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
